The nexMPI community would like to highlight an upcoming international workshop titled “New Methods to Image Inflammation & the Immune Response,” which will take place from 27–29 May 2026 in Bordeaux, France.
This workshop will provide an overview of advanced in vivo imaging techniques used to study inflammation and immune responses. The program will cover several cutting-edge imaging modalities, including Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI), MRI, PET, photoacoustic imaging, and ultrasound, with a strong focus on preclinical and translational imaging in neurological, cardiovascular, and autoimmune diseases.
The event consists of two phases:
- Theoretical phase: 27–29 May 2026 — Bordeaux, France
- Practical phase (8 trainees selected): 9–12 June 2026 — Caen, France
The workshop aims to disseminate both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in molecular imaging techniques that enable the in vivo investigation of inflammatory and immune processes.
The registration deadline has been extended to 11 March 2026.
