NexMPI Training Schools

The NexMPI COST Action is committed to strengthening the next generation of researchers by organizing international training schools in the field of Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI).These training events provide:

  • Foundational knowledge of MPI physics, tracers, and system design

  • Practical experience in signal processing, reconstruction, and applications

  • Hands-on sessions with MPI methods and experimental procedures

  • Networking opportunities with leading scientists, clinicians, and industry experts

Training schools are open to PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers, and early-stage investigators, with a strong focus on supporting Young Researchers and Innovators (YRIs) and participants from Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITCs).

By combining lectures, workshops, and laboratory demonstrations, NexMPI Training Schools ensure that participants not only learn cutting-edge science but also become part of a growing European MPI network.
